With this unique focus and accompanying skill sets, Chandler Partners can acquire land currently zoned for Commercial use and create value by gaining Residential zoning. However, the entitlement risk is eliminated by assuring an alternative development plan of Commercial Condominiums.

Each area possesses its own unique set of financial parameters, return ratios, and performance goals. By combining all of these into one business plan, we are able to analyze our real estate opportunities with various entry, hold, and exit strategies tailored to achieve our business plan.

In special cases, Chandler Partners has partnered with other private or public development firms to deliver real estate product, and can utilize this method as well.
