Nestled among mature oaks, the Canyon Crest project consists of 158 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms built on multilevel landscaped grounds. The master plan for this community was developed to preserve the surrounding hills in their natural state, thus ensuring a permanent rural atmosphere. Additionally, Chandler worked with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works to build a 2-leval drainage structure, which tied to the county’s storm drain system.

The complex also features a fitness center, recreation lounge, sauna and several pools in a gated community that also encompasses a basketball court, children’s play deck and playground equipment area, and picnic tables under the oak trees, giving the residents the feeling of a permanent rural atmosphere but is close to the 14 Freeway.
