Industrial Development Strategy
Our strategy is to fulfill the desire of small business owners to own
real estate by developing projects of small to medium office/industrial,
flex-space buildings. These buildings can meet the small business owners’ desire
to:
- Create value through real estate equity and appreciation
- Increase control over their monthly expenses (eliminates risk of
lease rates increasing)
- Increase flexibility of tax benefits from real estate ownership
Small Business Administration figures show that 78 percent of businesses
in the United States have fewer than 20 employees. This translates to
tens of thousands of small businesses in the Southern California market,
which constitutes a strong market niche for the development.

As a private development company, we have great flexibility in working
with the brokerage community:
- Land Purchase – We will pay broker’s
commission if not paid by seller
- Completed Developments – Land Broker should
be the listing broker for the sales of finished buildings
- Investment – Brokers welcome to participate
as investment partners in the developments
