Parc Pointe is a mixed-use development consisting of 243 units in seven apartment structures, an adjacent 30,000 three-story office building, a two-level subterranean garage and a four-acre public park with jogging tracks and picnic tables.

The residential complex features two and three story buildings surrounding a pool and recreational courtyard. Amenities include a fitness center, two racquetball courts, four saunas, an entertainment lounge, private rooftop sundeck and spas.

The commercial/residential project was Burbank’s first mixed-use project utilizing the Planned Unit Development process.
