Greg Bedrossian is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge, followed by a Masters in Tax from the same university. He also serves on the board of a community credit union. As Chandler Partners’ Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Greg oversees all operations and finance functions.
Greg has dedicated his career to finance, accounting, and taxes for the last 30+ years. Over the course of his career, Greg has gained extensive experience in overseeing accounting and tax aspects in the development and management of various real estate projects, ranging from hotels, to shopping centers, to multi-family residential buildings, as well as tracts of new construction single and multi-family housing projects. His involvement includes advising investors on all possible options, including deferring taxes through cost segregation and section. 1031 exchanges.
Throughout his long career, Greg has been a constant champion of operational productivity. He expertly pinpoints areas for improved cash flow and savings, motivates teams to meet higher goals, and leverages technology to drive data insights—all in the spirit of revenue growth and profitability.
